Getting rid of Cellulite is a huge commitment but you can do it if you focus! Many women complain of Cellulite and 80% of us have it. It’s Genetic! There are some things you can do to reduce the appearance of it and there are other things you can do to get rid of it for good..but you must focus and commit!
These are ways that I personally get rid of Cellulite and keep it in “check” so that I don’t have to revert to Laser surgery or LIposuction(very dangerous)
1. DIET Detox from inside out
first start with a detox program. Tons of fruits and veggies (preferably organic or washed very well to get rid of pesticides) tons of herbal tea (drink it everywhere you go) avoid coffee and caffeine, reduce your intake of meat, milk and wheat flour or remove it from your diet all together. Replace with almond milk, whole grains (quinoa and millet couscous) and high protein vegan shakes or other types of protein such as salmon. Stay away from Gluten as much as you can because it bloats you and leaves you gassy. Also stay as fresh as possible. Avoid any packaged foods and cook all you’re own food when possible.
2.Detox and Cleanse
Tinkshires liquid form-burdock root,Dandelion Root, Milk Thistle(put a few drops into your water and drink it during the day.
Pill form multi daily detox-Slippery Elm bark, Turmeric root,Nettle leaf. ( just ask your local health food store for a multi detox
3. Get to the gym and sweat your ass off!
doing a full on workout for an hour per day will get you to sweat and tone it all up. When you go to the gym focus on really pushing yourself to the max..or get a trainer so that you don’t slack off. YOu can also join a group training class Play sports, get outdoor and jog, go for a bike ride. The trick is to push yourself as hard as you can and sweat! I want you to be dripping when you get back to your home and when you get into the shower you feel it all coming off of you. Sweating is you’re bodies way of crying out all the toxins and extra fat you don’t need.
4. Make sure you are “regular”
if you are having trouble in the bathroom try a juicing detox. Juice beets, carrots,celery,spinach and some ginger. You can also try a table spoon of flax seed oil or some old fashioned prune juice that your grandmother drinks.(just make sure there is not high fructose it in or in any of you’re food for that matter). Eat tons of Salad and roughage such as sprouts.
5. Stimulate your lymphatic System
Dry brushing or wet scrubbing in the shower works…buy yourself scrubbing gloves or scrubbing towel and get into the shower with natural soap (goat soap or home made soap from your local health food store. SALT SCRUBS also work very well..You can combine the two for a better affect…Or if you don’t want to shower have a bath in Epsom salts
6. Sim Simma’s Special Coffee Cellulite Scrub (inexpensive and affective)
stimulate the back of your legs with my special coffee scrub
1. ground up coffee (table spoon)
2. lemon or lime (one full lemon squeezed)
3. olive oil (table spoon)
Rub it all over the back of your legs or the troubled area…you can use it daily if you want.
(It get’s kinda messy so do it in the bath or the shower and block your drain so it doesn’t go down…you will have to clean it out of you’re shower by hand when you are done)
