Status Fitness Magazine Covers allot of great fit tips for the gym buffs including myself. I was lucky enough to be featured in the online fitness magazine cover competition. The photos taken by Vasko Photography and Gord Weber in Dominican were submitted and featured. Thanks to all the hard work at the gym it paid off and I was amoungst all the beautiful fitness models. Although I don’t do fitness competitions anymore I do train as if I’m still in the competions. You just never know when you might be called to do a bikini shoot or stunt in a movie….or a nude stunt God Help us all! lol

One of the first Movies I was ever in as an extra. Being an extra has taught me allot about being on a film set. I will never say that it has not brought me places because it has. I will never deny it either. Although many people say being an extra is being at the lowest end of the industry I felt it was just one of the first stepping stones of my career in performing arts. That’s me and my long term friend Mike..He and I hung out all day on the film set. He is a great conversationalist and deeply spiritual. As you can see we had allot to talk about. I played a floozy in this movie..I could take that the wrong way them casting me as a floozy but I think most pretty women with curves gets cast as that quite often simply because that’s the “look”. As long as I know who I am who really cares what they cast me as I guess. This film set was extremely hot and sweaty. Many people were feeling faint and passing out because of the heat. The long hours combined with the amount of heat is enough to put you into hospital. I almost fainted if it weren’t for the prop peanuts and the costume guy sneaking me candies and water once in a while. I also got screamed at because during the scene we were supposed to throw popcorn and peanuts at the actors. I hit one of the actors in the face by accident and couldn’t help but laugh. The camera man caught me on film and stormed over to me to scream “you ruined the fucking shot”. I felt bad but what the hell was I supposed to do..it was funny hitting Russell Crowe in the face by accident…nothing against him or anything!
This show was in the newspaper. Somehow the paparazzi caught my friend and I walking from holding to the film set without us even noticing! Strange people those paparazzi! Especially the Canadian Papps! We are less excitable in Canada about celebs I think!

I don’t know how we didn’t notice the Papparazzi on the film set but apparently he was there. This Photo wound up in The Toronto Star the next day after we shot this Movie with Russel Crowe and Renee Zelwegger. I didn’t’ think we had Papps in Canada but I guess we did. This was one of the first movies I was in. I was cast as a floozy..thanks allot..I always get cast as these parts! lol
Miss Universe Canada Pageant

Sima Fisher was born and raised in Canada with English Irish Decent. She Studied Fitness and Health and Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario. After completing her schooling she started her own business called Healthy Balance. Sima is well traveled and has visited several places such as Australia, New Zealand and Jamaica and Cuba.
Sima presently works as an actress, singer and model in GTA. She has worked in several movies and television shows and has completed her first album which consists of dance music. Sima enjoys painting as well and will be displaying her works in art stores around the GTA.

Hi Guys!!
I’ve done a few beauty pageants. I actually started out doing Miss Chin, Miss Swimsuit Canada, FAME fitness competitions, Australian Swimsuit Competition and a few other random competitions. Out of all of them the most prestigious ones was The Donald Trump Beauties of Canada and the The Miss Canada International Competitions where I was Miss Toronto 2006. These are great events to participate in simply because it teaches you stage presents and help young women build confidence. It’s amazing to be a woman and every woman should celebrate the beauty and the brains! The Miss Canada International competition tested our physical fitness, our personal interactions with others, and we even had a written test to test our knowledge on Canada. I found that to be the best competiton for young women. They have the Miss Teen Canada competion and the Ms Canada International Competition.
I stopped doing competitions because I found work to take over my schedule. But I may eventually get back into fitness competitions again since I do love training and eating healthy every day and it gives me something to aim for. I like to focus my attentions on positive goals which keep me in line and balanced and keep me striving into a good direction. I meet many positive people along the way and that’s what I love most about competitions. People aiming to be the best that they can be. I just love that!
