			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Getting rid of Cellulite is a huge commitment but you can do it if you focus! Many women complain of Cellulite and 80% of us have it. It&#8217;s Genetic! There are some things you can do to reduce the appearance of it and there are other things you can do to get rid of it for good..but you must focus and commit!</p>
<p>These are ways that I personally get rid of Cellulite and keep it in &#8220;check&#8221; so that I don&#8217;t have to revert to Laser surgery or LIposuction(very dangerous)</p>
<p>1. DIET Detox from inside out<br />
first start with a detox program. Tons of fruits and veggies (preferably organic or washed very well to get rid of pesticides) tons of herbal tea (drink it everywhere you go) avoid coffee and caffeine, reduce your intake of meat, milk and wheat flour or remove it from your diet all together. Replace with almond milk, whole grains (quinoa and millet couscous) and high protein vegan shakes or other types of protein such as salmon. Stay away from Gluten as much as you can because it bloats you and leaves you gassy. Also stay as fresh as possible. Avoid any packaged foods and cook all you&#8217;re own food when possible.</p>
<p>2.Detox and Cleanse<br />
Tinkshires liquid form-burdock root,Dandelion Root, Milk Thistle(put a few drops into your water and drink it during the day.<br />
Pill form multi daily detox-Slippery Elm bark, Turmeric root,Nettle leaf. ( just ask your local health food store for a multi detox</p>
<p>3. Get to the gym and sweat your ass off!<br />
doing a full on workout for an hour per day will get you to sweat and tone it all up. When you go to the gym focus on really pushing yourself to the max..or get a trainer so that you don&#8217;t slack off. YOu can also join a group training class Play sports, get outdoor and jog, go for a bike ride. The trick is to push yourself as hard as you can and sweat! I want you to be dripping when you get back to your home and when you get into the shower you feel it all coming off of you. Sweating is you&#8217;re bodies way of crying out all the toxins and extra fat you don&#8217;t need.</p>
<p>4. Make sure you are &#8220;regular&#8221;<br />
if you are having trouble in the bathroom try a juicing detox. Juice beets, carrots,celery,spinach and some ginger. You can also try a table spoon of flax seed oil or some old fashioned prune juice that your grandmother drinks.(just make sure there is not high fructose it in or in any of you&#8217;re food for that matter). Eat tons of Salad and roughage such as sprouts.</p>
<p>5. Stimulate your lymphatic System<br />
Dry brushing or wet scrubbing in the shower works&#8230;buy yourself scrubbing gloves or scrubbing towel and get into the shower with natural soap (goat soap or home made soap from your local health food store. SALT SCRUBS also work very well..You can combine the two for a better affect&#8230;Or if you don&#8217;t want to shower have a bath in Epsom salts</p>
<p>6. Sim Simma&#8217;s Special Coffee Cellulite Scrub (inexpensive and affective)<br />
stimulate the back of your legs with my special coffee scrub<br />
1. ground up coffee (table spoon)<br />
2. lemon or lime (one full lemon squeezed)<br />
3. olive oil (table spoon)<br />
Rub it all over the back of your legs or the troubled area&#8230;you can use it daily if you want.<br />
(It get&#8217;s kinda messy so do it in the bath or the shower and block your drain so it doesn&#8217;t go down&#8230;you will have to clean it out of you&#8217;re shower by hand when you are done)</p>

<p>I have been painting for a long time mostly and primarily for my mother who hangs every single one I&#8217;ve made up in her house since I was a kid (thanks for your love mom!)&#8230;and for my family members and because I&#8217;ve always loved to paint. Since I was in kindergarden I felt that it was a way to express myself in the chaos of the busy life that surrounded my small world.. the fact that I could pick up a brush and colors and that it was mine and was something that I created and created alone was amazing to my young mind&#8230;and still is today..it&#8217;s still one of my favorite things to do in my spare time. I have a canvas and brushes with me at all times or at least watercolors and paints just in case I get inspired to paint I just pick up the brushes and do them. I met a lady yesterday who had a picture of a van gogh on her phone (or so I thought) I said to her &#8220;nice painting van gogh right?&#8221; she said no it&#8217;s actually one of my own..I did it in 5 minutes..I felt inspired one day but was running late for an appointment and just did it quickly.&#8221;I said I loved it but my sister probably would turn her nose up to it because it&#8217;s not Van Gogh.I loved this lady because she replaced her television with activities that most people would have not imagined because the tv tends to take away the imagination we had as children. I have always had a wondering mind and an imagination which people sometimes confuse it with being absent minded..my brain tends to be creative and wants to go in a different direction at different times of the day which allows it to be creative..dumb bum that I am..lol..I like to explore and have adventure and be fully alive in life&#8230;LIVE IT!!</p>

Lately I&#8217;m feeling great and happy to be back and training clients in the fitness world again. What better way to combine my love of fitness and my love of working in the entertainment world!! I have always trained myself so I have decided to train others at the same time. I am still doing photo shoots and working in the film and television industry but have decided to be a trainer like I was in Canada for my Company Healthy Balance. I started Healthy Balance over ten years after I graduated from Fitness and Health Promotion course at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario and have always had a goal to open it in Hollywood/Beverly HIlls  and train the stars..now that I have experienced all of the &#8220;worlds&#8221;  and have seen the reality of my dreams I can combine them to help people get healthier. I know what it&#8217;s like to not have access to healthy food while working long hours on film sets or being at bars around people drinking ridiculous amounts and trying not to fall into that unhealthy way of being. I have met so many people from different walks of life and have seen the positive and negative aspects of their lives.  I have managed to keep my health and fitness in check and have taught allot of people along the way. I will continue to do so.ago</p>

<p>Here is a list of what I do to Anti Age- Anti aging for me is more about keeping youthful and healthy so that in the future I don&#8217;t suffer from disease. I like to feel and look as healthy as I possibly can without going to pain killers and drugs. There is a reason why most people suffer. It&#8217;s because they have been treating their bodies horrible for all those years. Take care of your body and you won&#8217;t need to revert to unhealthy Medicines. Invest in your health now and avoid the cost of expensive medicines later on in life. Our bodies are very forgiving when we are younger but if you keep treating it poorly eventually it&#8217;s going to fail. So treat your body with respect.</p>
<p>1. SLEEP/REST take naps if need be. Sleep is very important for the brain and stress levels. In order to process information and for you to think through problems. Sleep helps you deal with Stress. Stress makes you age. You don&#8217;t want that. Take baths. Make sure you relax as much as you can</p>
<p>2. DIET- Make everything you put into your mouth count. Eat for the sake of finding pleasure in being healthy rather than the sake of finding pleasure from eating foods that are bad for you. Sure it might be fun to eat the junk food while youre doing it but instead find pleasure in eating for results. Realize what you are doing to your body when you put processed or refined sugar into it. Treat your body like a temple, do not abuse it with Junk Food.</p>
<p>3. VITAMINS make sure you have all the essential Vitamins and minerals. You can never get enough Vitamin C, D and E&#8230;these are all antioxidant vitamins and are very important for staying looking and feeling young. I take allot of cleansing herbs such as burdock and dandelion root which helps to cleans</p>
<p>4. PROBIOTICS- A multi  Probiotic from your health food store will do. Make sure you store it in the fridge or buy the kind that you can travel with. Acidophilus is the main one but it&#8217;s good to have a blend of them. probiotics help to keep you digestion and intestines with healthy bacterial activity which is important for anti aging. Probiotics puts the healthy type of bacteria into your body to combat the unhealthy kinds which helps your body a</p>
<p>5. ENVIRONMENT Surround yourself with nature and scenery as much as you can. Even something as simple as having a few house plants can help your youthfulness. Always have nature as a part of your life. Go for a walk in and get fresh air.</p>
<p>6.FRIENDS FAMILY AND LOVED ONES keep healthy and positive people around you. Choose wisely who you surround yourself with. </p>
<p>7. Positive State of Mind and Humour- find things to laugh at and try to have fun with everything you do. I don&#8217;t care if youre a doctor or a dentist or a lawyer. You can still have fun at your job.</p>
<p>8. Natural Skin Products- watch what you buy at the store. Most drug store creams, conditioners and shampoos have parabins in them. These not only age you but are known to cause cancer. Instead use Coconut oil, Vitamin E oil, or ask your health food store for an alternative if you have oily skin you can use cucumber or lemon to take the oil away. There are really great products at whole foods or your local health food store. You can even make your own skin care products from online recipes. I  like to make my own mixtures and have fun with it. I mix avocado, lemmon and crushed up almonds for a face mask (and hope that nobody knocks on my door during that time with gunk all over my face <img src='http://www.simafisher.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> )</p>
<p>9. Minimize Cell Phone and Computer use. If you have to be on you cell phone put it on speaker phone to avoid direct contact to your ear. Use a mouse instead of the touch pad controller. Direct contact with devinces is not good. There is</p>
<p>10. Stretch and get moderate exercise. Don&#8217;t overdo it but just make sure you get up and get moving.</p>
<p>11. Moderate your eating- You don&#8217;t need to eat allot. Eat small amounts and eat all day long. That&#8217;s the trick. you can snack on healthy snacks all day and it&#8217;s better than eating large meals.</p>
<p>12. Minimize you caffeine, sugar, wheat, milk products, meat products till you have eliminated them from your diet completely. All these things age you and have many chemicals. Instead eat Hemp Hearts, Flax Seed, Salba, Chi Seeds,Quenoi and as many different types of nuts and seeds you can find. Jamed  </p>
<p>13. DRINK WATER- drink as much water as you can. Preferrably Reverse Osmosis water or filtered. Allot of water that is sold in bottles seem to be the way to go but they could have harmful chemicals in them. Try purified as much as you can. A britta water filter is good for reducing the amount of plastic water bottles you buy and contribute to helping the environment. According to the movie &#8220;tapped&#8221; the tap water is actually safer to drink than the bottled water we buy in the store.. watch that movie! it&#8217;s great</p>
<p>14. Go Vegan or Vegetarian or just cut back! The amount of hormones and chemicals used in production of meat is crazy these days. Even if it says organic I really don&#8217;t trust it. Plus If you are blood type a+ like me it&#8217;s easy to do this. Other blood types might need more meat. (consider reading the book eat right for your type) &#8230;but if you do go veggie you are not only helping the environment you are also helping you to stay young and to avoid future health problems. You can get all your nutrients from plant sources. There is so much research out to teach you how to do it properly. Even if you have to supplement Iron or take Vegan Protein shakes it is well worth the efforts. I eat tons of fruits and leafy greens to take vitamins to ensure I have what I need.</p>
<p>15. Spice it UP! Eat as much spicy foods as you can handle. You will grow tolerant of the spice as you go along. Spice helps with Metabolism, blood circulation and antiaging. Add Jalapinos, garlic,Wasabi, pepper, and add all the different spices to your diet. Try different recipes. Curries are very good for you and so are the spices put into the Ethiopian and Indian Style foods.</p>
<p>16. Herbal Cleanses- Do an herbal cleanse at least once per month or once every other week. An overall Organ cleanser is very important. Herbs can help you antiage and help you live longer. Invest in an herbal cleanse from your local health food store.</p>
<p>17. Avoid perfumes- They usually have toxins and are very unhealthy for you. Most of them have cancer causing chemicals in them. Instead switch to Essential oils. I like the lavender and the Rose otto for myself and Spearmint and Peppermint to freshen the smell of my car interior or my home.</p>
<p>18. Bubble Baths with Epsom salts are very relaxing and anti aging.</p>
<p>19. TEA&#8230;drink plenty of herbal tea. have a collection of them ready. They help to relax you and also provide hydration.</p>
<p>20. Do something new and exciting- there is nothing better for your youth than to do something that you have never done before. If you keep you&#8217;re brain stimulated and young and your imagination adventurous it helps your overall glow,well being and spirit! </p>
<p>21. Keep your calories to a minimum- Digesting food is the the stressful thing that your body can do. so don&#8217;t eat huge meals all at once. eat small snacks throughout the day so that your body is balanced. that way you avoid being &#8220;starving&#8221; and over eating at one sitting. Take a snack bag with the following items: nuts and seeds, fruits and veggies of different variety, a can of tuna, crackers and cheese/peanut butter, apples, yogurt, (all those healthy things your mom ((or if you are a mom  yourself)) used to put in your lunch box when you were a kid are what you should have</p>
<p>22. DON&#8217;T FORGET YOUR SUNBLOCK!! LOL..last one..this is an obvious one but I still myself have trouble remembering it&#8230;I have sunblock in my car and my purse at all times now that I live in Cali but when I lived in Toronto I rarely had to use it. but it&#8217;s extremely important. Try to get the stuff from Whole foods or a natural food store because allot of sunblocks nowadays have dangerous and harmful cancer causing chemicals that you want to avoid. If you have allot of moles or are fair skinned get checked by a dermatologist regularly </p>

<p>Love to share my art with you all finally..I&#8217;ve been working on my art since I first moved to Toronto in 2002..10 years of art in the making&#8230;.and counting. I continue to develepe my art in my new home. I like to sit and watch nature or go to the beach to paint. I find painting and nature is the best way to meditate and get back to being centred and grounded. I usually see a vision and then I can express it through painting. My creative mind needs an outlet to express which I find paintng to be my top way to express myself since I don&#8217;t really need anyone else to do it with. Although I love to dance sing songwrite and act..I find paintng helps my sanity. Thank Da Lord! kisses to you! Thanks for reading!</p>

I would say the main challenges have come with adapting to the regular daily life of being a local..although the locals are great I have never lived in an area which has so many cops and people driving around with guns in their cars. The strip is very safe but 5 minutes off the strip and you could get into some rougher areas. Being an actress and singer here is great because there is lots of potential work..but also allot more competition for the smaller bit parts and commercials..larger roles are few and far between but LA is so close you could hop on a plane and audition there or send a self taped.Overall, the shows and artistic quality is amazing yet a bit uninspiring for the artistic mind simply because everything is already done..yet once you remove yourself from the action of the crazy strip area you can def be inspired. There is nature in the desert and beautiful Grand Canyon area..great for the artists eye. I&#8217;m also thankful not to be suffering in the brutal Canadian winter..Vegas has been milder temperatures. Summertime in Vegas has pool parties where people get pretty wild where the winter is a little more club orientated. My fav pool parties are the topless ones where Ive seen Cilo (singer)and other celebs at..my fav night club which I went to on the regular were XS and Chateau. fun times! Ive seen several Cirque du Sol shows and many other Berlesque and variety shows here as well which have been inspiring. Now that ive been here for awhile I have all the clubbing and shows out of my system Im ready to be fully focused on creating a new set of paintings and writing my manuscript while auditioning on the regular.  Im inspired lately and ready to get started again now that ive adapted to the life here. My agents have been getting me some great stuff lately so it keeps me going. Personal life and quality of living has been better as well since Ive been lucky enough to establish some great friendships.</p>
