Fitness has always been a huge part of my life since day one on the little slow pitch team I was on when I was 5, the swim teams, the basketball teams, the volleyball teams. Every single kind of team I could have been on I was on. I later became a fitness expert after I studied Fitness and Health At Fanshawe College then Kinesiology at University of Western Ontario for a short while! I decided to open my own fitness business Called Healthy Balance after that.

After that I did a few fitness competitions in Toronto through FAME. Now I keep fit and eat Healthy on My own. I will show you what I do to keep fit and healthy. I’ll also write about what I eat and how to keep on top of anianging! Healthy eating is all you need to anti age. Don’t fall for all those lotions and potions!
